HISTORY AND DESCRIPTION

Proctor Services, Inc. was formed in November 2000, as a C-Corporation with the firm’s purpose being that of property management and real estate investment.

 In April 2001, the company purchased and began management of Affordable Storage, LLC, a mini-storage and commercial retail facility, located in Concord, NC.  In September, 2003, the company began managing a total of 495 apartment units in Charlotte, NC.  Multifamily properties include Silverstone Apartments, Jamestowne Apartments, Shadowood Apartments, and Riverwalk Apartments.

Company President and Founder is F. C. "Bo" Proctor, Jr.  He has over 23 years experience in property management and real estate investments.  He has his CPM designation with IREM, and CCIM designation.

Proctor Services, Inc. currently employs 15 individuals within a three county area and plans to expand its management and acquisition of multi-family properties throughout the Carolinas with emphasis in the Charlotte, NC area.
